This website is operated by Melissa Brewer Consulting & Compliance ("MBC&C"). By using this site, you agree to these terms. The site provides general educational information about ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and Pressure Equipment Directive (2014/68/EU) compliance, and a means to request consulting services.

Submitting a consultation request, calling, or emailing MBC&C does not create a consulting engagement. Engagements are formed only through a mutually agreed scope of work.

Interpretations of ISO standards and the PED vary by organization, product, and jurisdiction. Always confirm obligations against the current official standard or directive text and, where applicable, with your certification body or notified body.

Certification decisions are made exclusively by independent, accredited certification bodies, and conformity assessments under the PED are performed by notified bodies where required. MBC&C provides consulting, training, and implementation support and does not warrant or guarantee any audit result, certificate issuance, or regulatory determination.
